Could always use another program other than Flash, just look around community<wiki<creator resources. If I were in your shoes, I'd work on animated gifs and hentai games, though I guess there's still some ad-rev to be made in video-ready animations.. best of luck!

I wouldn't know anything about flash, but I would recommend looking into it and the alternatives. There might be something now that is slightly easier to use that makes .swf if that is what you are looking for. Wish I could help, but I gave up on trying to do flash stuff before I even started.

Dunno if this helps but I like to make GIFs,
I do all my drawings in paint tool sai and then save it as a PSD twice,
one to keep as a resource backup and the second PSD I open in photoshop to play with animation techniques, once I decide the animation looks good and loops well, I change the DPI to 72 and then hit "save for web" then it's done.
This could be a good learning step if you want to do full animation shorts later down the road.

OK, well after i have drawn everything i want for my GIF I use photoshop CS6.
In the "window" tab at the top there is a "timeline" option.
Once I open that I make as many new frames as I want the animation to be,
Then I highlight whatever frame in the timeline I want to change and then turn on or off what layers I want to show in that frame, then I just move on to the next frame.

Or maybe just tell me what you want your GIF to be and I could give you tips.
For example, say you wanted to do a shemale jerking off,
One way to do that would be, just draw your shemale like normal but without the penis and the arm being used, but draw them on separate layers,
in maybe 4 different postions, then when you animate it, your basically just flicking through the four layers of the arm jerking off in a loop. make sense?

I know this is just a rough shakedown of what I do but if you want anymore help you can PM me for advice, You could even send me files if you want help working on it, I might even be able to do a tutorial video next time I make a GIF if that would interest you.

You can import gifs directly into flash.
All of the frames will show up.
Use the gif as a reference for timing and spacing.
And then do your awesome work.
